Online Sales: 

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Garments must be unworn, tags still attached and in saleable condition. We have the right to refuse damaged or worn item(s). We do not cover return postage.

In store sales:

We are happy to exchange unworn clothing provided it is returned within 7 days with original proof of purchase.

How can I pay online and in store?

We accept PayPal online or you can call us and say over the phone on 01522 534436 by card. In store we accept cards, PayPal, Cash, Apple Pay, Contactless and cash payment methods.

How much is postage and do you ship internationally?

We charge a flat rate of £4 2nd class signed for (UK). For international postage, please contact us on 01522 534436 or e-mail us on info@Frockalicious.co.uk for a quote. We will endeavour to post the same day as purchase. We cannot be held responsible for damaged or lost goods. We are unable to ship hair & beauty products internationally.
